  Rotten and awful service and experience! This business is run by liars and scam artists. Do not get sucked in by the "low" prices on their higher end models. You will end up paying more for the car repairs for the issues that this dealership tried to cover up, then you would have at a certified dealer. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! . These cars are not what they say they are. The car that I purchased was describes as to have a warranty, recent BMW service and that only the front bumper had been repainted due to rock chips. Turns out all of those were LIES. There was NO warranty, it has not been serviced at the BMW dealership but at their own shop, and basically the entire car was repainted. I did check the car very carefully prior to purchase and even took it for a PPI to the BMW dealership next to E S Motorsports. The PPI showed only the problem with the differential and the tires, however I discovered that there were a lot more issues with it after I took it to my dealership after purchase. The salesperson (Walid) informed us that the tires were "brand new," I only had to look at them to see that they were at least 60% used. We were promised brand new tires for the "Competition Package Wheel Set" after the vehicle purchase. I ended up waiting three months to get the wrong size. After countless phone calls and constant hassling I could not get anyone to send me the right sized tires. Both Walid and Ace argued with me instead of keeping their promise and taking care of their customer. I had an awful experience, and ended up paying a lot out of pocket for repairs. These are just some of the issues that I have already dealt with; the differentials($995), front control arm bushings ($350), rear trailing arm bushes ($350), Xenan Ballast ($200) and an oil level sensor ($466) and it has only been 4 months. I regret ever coming across this place and warn that you stay away if you do not want the headache that I am dealing with.
