  I have to say Apria continues to be the most incompetent homecare company I've ever dealt with. They honestly, call you and tell you it's okay to get CPAP supplies. You do, then they bill you for the full amounts saying your insurance doesn't cover it because you don't have a current study. So, I get a study done. Now, they won't accept the study because they say I wasn't wearing my CPAP and a neurologist ordered me to be on 2liters 02. So, I continue to be without O2. It appears it is a scam. Money is the only thing that matters to them. They couldn't care less about their customers. Try someone else, honestly I worked 10 years in homecare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. We went to the wall for our patients. We set up every order a physician sent us. Then, worried about paperwork later.We were patient focused, they are not. It's sad but, this is our #1 homecare company in the United States. Sad.
