  They are nice but once you pay 150.00 for paperwork, and get through half of it, they want you to give up your right on HIPAA. The hole point of HIPPA is that no one can see it! Then they want you to write a past tense life of yourself...im sorry but to adopt shouldn't be in the past because the past made who you are today. There's no point in doing that, and when we said we're not going to continue they wouldn't give our 150.00 back. This is a screewd up place.
