  I won't take our vehicles anywhere else. Dean does an awesome job at being fair, honest and keeps rigorous updates on work he is doing. He even supplies a loaner, that's if in the rare case it takes him more than a day to diagnose an repair the issue to the fullest. Convienently located and has his shop well sucured for over night stays or late drop offs. Which I've done. As long has Dean is in business he has our business.

  A year ago I purchased a used 2014 Lexus IS 250 F sport, and it has been nothing but a head ache, I have had to do more repairs on this car than I have ever had to do on any car I have ever owned. I definitely should have done more research on this vehicle before I bought it. I had had it with all the expensive repairs for simple little things that should have never been an issue in the first place, so I found Dean's through a friend who had had her bumper fixed by Dean. She told me that her bumper was practically hanging off and he fixed it for only $200. My pumper was just slightly popped out and my radio had stopped working. I called and made an appointment for a diagnostic on my radio and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my bumper. I live in Charlotte, but Debbie was very understanding and made me feel comfortable enough to drop my car off and leave the key in the drop box. The next day Debbie called me and let me know that my bumper had been fixed for only $45 (that is including labor). She also informed me that my radio needs a new amp and that would cost me $500, but if I had taken it to a dealership it would cost me at least $900. Debbie informed me that she would order the amp and I could bring my car back any time and they would install it.
  I live all the way in Charlotte so I sent my boyfriend to pick my car up and he ended up only paying $25 for my bumper repair. I am so glad my friend referred me to Dean's and I will be returning to have my radio repaired and for any of my future repairs and maintenance.
