  We’ve never had any bad experiences with Jake’s diner r on Wendover in Greensboro. Last night I drove 15 minutes to get a spaghetti dinner for me and my husband. When I got there they gave me my food. I didn’t check it which I should have, when I got home our salads we’re not in there. So when I called to complain they tell me they would replace it with another salad or a side dish. I spoke with the manager and she said that she could not do anything better than that , all I asked was that they made it right I would’ve had to drive 30 minutes round-trip to go back and get the salad. I feel like like other restaurants that they should offer a little more. Possibly a dessert or Something more than a side. Very disappointed . I’ve been going there for a while now with my grandkids and I feel like that the service was not up to the level that it should be because they made the mistake inconveniencedus. I feel like it should be more than a side or another salad that I do not want now because I’m not eating spaghetti today.
