  Its a JC penny. Better than most JC penny stores. Visited at 11 am on a Thursday.

  i had a worst experience with JCPenny Jewelry department, i purchase 2 diamonds ring on April 4 and sales associate told me she can resize the ring within 10 days. i told them its for my parents so she said she can expedite the repair and it will be done within 10 days. i called so many time to see the status of the repair and store folks have no idea about my repair. one of the worst customer services .
  if someone have to by any jewelry please don't buy from here. they will not send for repair right away. they will make you wait indefinite without giving you an update :( .
