  TERRIBLE! My son needs a bow tie for Homecoming. The man yesterday said $10. We shopped around and found this place had the best price. My son goes in first. I come in a few minutes later, the owner is rudely yelling, telling him it can't be $10, but 12.99. He even called the worker from yesterday to ask him why he said $10. Then when I asked him why is he yelling at my son, he changed it to 19.99 because African Americans usually lie and say it's cheaper than what it really is. I asked him why not use price tags. He said why come to his store. He said he's been in business 42 years in the African American community and it's not about good customer service. Wow! The truth. At least he said what He REALLY thinks.
