  I honestly love this office. Having been a patient at other Novant offices with terrible care, multiple incorrect diagnoses, hours of wait time and difficulty getting an appointment...I have no idea how this one slipped under the radar. When I moved to Greensboro and visited this office for the first time, I was blown away. The receptionist was friendly and talkative, asking questions and getting to know me as a person and not just a new chart to fill out. I was back in a room within 15 minutes of walking in the door and Dr. Carter was in the room before I knew it. I was a brand new patient, but she had already taken the time to review my files, understand my medical history, and was genuinely interested in how I was doing. She gave me her phone number and told me to never be afraid to call right away if she could ever do something for me. She has been just as wonderful ever since. She does not rush during the appointment and makes sure she addresses every question in depth so you feel assured by the time you leave. I once left my ID at the office front desk by accident and the staff called me and allowed me to come pick it up after hours when I got off work. There genuinely are not many doctors like Sara anymore. Even if I move out of Greensboro in the future, I will continue to make the drive to this office specifically just because of the people and level of care that is given here.
