  I had a very positive experience here. I called on Friday, 10/20 and got thru on my 3rd call, which is completely understandable for a place that does the volume they do. I talked to a very nice girl who gave me all of the details on what I needed to do for a stray/feral cat such as bringing her in a trap, and what time I needed to bring her. I was not able to obtain a spot for her on the Davidson county transport so I was very relieved to hear that I could bring her myself. The receptionist was very nice and informed me everything I needed to know. In and out in less than 10 minutes! It was clean, and looked bright and cheery. I felt very comfortable dropping off my barn cat here and would bring my other pets without hesitation.
