  The worse!!! They deserve 0stars!! My 8year old child… is a new patient with this location… and was running a fever of 103.6!! I called to see if they could see her… the rude front desk staff told me to take her to the urgent care!!! By far the worse human beings.. I ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! -

  THIS IS FOR THE LOCATION AT ARLINGTON:
  
  The only reason that I did not give a 0 star was because it was not an OPTION. The patient and I arrived @ 1015 for an APPT at 1030, the medical assistant (I am assuming she was the MA, she took the patient vitals) was in jeans and Jordans, first negative, not appearing to be in a medical profession at all. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE OFFICE WAS NOT BUSY THERE WERE ONLY 3 FAMILIES/PATIENTS AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. At the time the patient was called back to have their vitals taken it was 1045, then we were told to sit back in the lobby. There was a total of six families that were in and out before we were called back to the examine room, yes this includes the three that were there before our check-in and three that came after 11am. The patient and I did not get called back until 1153. I do not know what irritated me the most, the fact that the receptionist keep saying "they will be with you in a moment, they are running a few minutes behind," or the fact that we were waiting for one hour and 37 minutes and all of the workers there seemed nonchalant and oblivious to the fact that we were waiting for so long. The patient nor anyone in my household will return to this office. No other family/patient had to wait more than 37 minutes (yes, I did notate every patients waiting time). I did however appreciate the discernment that Shannon Odem, NP displayed. I will be in search for another pediatrician, although I did LOVE Triad Pediatric and Adult Medicine on Meadowview. The only positive note about this disheartening 0.5 review is the patient and I did enjoy the movie that played twice, Madagascar.
