  They totally gave me some creepy, random picture of a little kid when I was sent a picture of a dog from a friend that was printing there. Naturally, they blamed us but we didn't have a clue who that kid was! Regardless, they handled it mostly professionally be giving a partial refund of the print (which was kind of confusing how they did it). Needless to say, I will not be doing anything beyond purchasing minor stuff there moving forward.
