  My '98 Honda Accord with 150K on it needed a new clutch and fly wheel. I called three places (a local Honda dealer, a local shop I use for light service, and AAMCO) for quotes. The Honda dealership came in a little over $1500, the other shop can in at a little under $1200, and AAMCO came in a little under $900.
  
  My entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. My initial call was answered by Dawn, the friendly and competent manager. She took down my information, then called me back within 20 minutes with a full quote. I was able to set a convenient time to drop the vehicle off, and pick then again to pick it up. When I picked it up, the bill and terms of the warranty were fully and thoroughly explained.
  
  The new clutch is working perfectly, and I'm very happy with the result.
  
  I strongly recommend AAMCO. I felt they provided exceptional, professional service at an exceedingly competitive price. I will use them from now on for all of my transmission needs.

  The definition of great customer service. Having a vehicle off the road is a crappy situation, but Don and Tony and the folks at AAMCO helped make it bearable. Thank you for a great experience!
