  John and his staff are fantastic. A couple years ago they called me up out of the blue asking if I'd like to cut my bill in half (which was already with Allstate). I honestly thought this must be a **** or something but they just genuinely wanted to reduce my bill with no changes to my coverage. We've had fantastic customer service from them through the years, couldn't ask for a better insurance provider.
