  Went to Aurthors transmission Aurthor was a great transmission man,to my surprise Charlie was running Aurthors transmission,i thought he must be good or Aurthor would not let Charlie use his name ..
  How wrong I was, after the initial build ,about 2 weeks?? We had to go back numerous times to finally have what we thought was a good transmission, it still never shifted 100 percent,about 13000 miles later shortly after the 12000 mile warrantee was up the output shaft ,Broke after taking it to a Awsome Transmission Man Evan Smith's Shop he found the cheap parts and a large box of sloppy,and incorrect.output shaft was installed, also Charlie had ground it down to half it normal size , also the actual case was destroyed ?? This is a 1 and a 1/4 ton Ford Service truck the loss of time and use and Charlie's arrogance about even wanting to see the truck let me realize WHAT A MAJOR MISTAKE I HAD MADE WITH AURTHORS TRANSMISSION if there was a worse transmission place out there I don't know it ,please people don't take anything there as Charlie does not care and never even offered to look at the truck ,he got paid and on to the next victim!!!
