  Our 7-year old son had a visit with Dr. McConnell today. Her office staff were friendly and helped get our paperwork underway quickly. When it was our turn to be seen, (I have to respectfully disagree with previously posted opinions...) Dr. McConnell was terrific!—so patient and a calming presence to our nervous son. She carefully listened and honestly answered his many questions. More importantly she demonstrated *on her own hand* what would happen next. Together they counted down to the time when the liquid nitrogen application would begin. After a few seconds she checked in with him and ensured he was fine. It was a great experience and I would recommend Dr. McConnell to anyone looking to solve a dermatology problem for their child; she is a patient, calm and trustworthy dermatologist.
