  The most terrible customer service I had ever encountered I have been waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes and front desk rep didn't even acknowledge me. He was on the phone and then walk away without even saying anything. I spoke to Chris the supervisor, it seem like he didn't even care. Go figure what kind of follow up or resolution you will receive from this company. I will NEVER go to that place.
