  I can tell you from personal experience that you do not want any of your loved ones at this facility. We visited my Mom for my parents anniversary in the afternoon and that evening we got a call that she had been sent to the hospital because she became combative in the dining area , lost her balance and fell down. They were not sure whether or not she hit her head so they sent her to the hospital. When I arrived at the hospital, mo Mother had a nuge knot on her head and a large abrasion on the top of her head, a cut over her eye which required stitches, her leg was in a brace because she could not walk on her leg. She had bruises all up and down her arms, her hand was fractured and she had two black eyes. The bruises on her arms were in the shape of hands like someone had grabbed her and squeezed her arms. The staff however, did not know if she hit her head so they just sent her to the hospital to be sure. Does this sound like a place where you want your parent????? They would never give me a copy of her medical records or the accident report. The staff was also told not to converse with me. I took her back to my house because we did not leave the hospital until 11:30 that night. The facility called me the next morning to tell me that I had to find another place to put my mother because she could not be confined to a wheel chair on the fourth floor. Not how is she, but she cannot stay at Holden Heights any longer. We found a place to put her and when we went to Holden Heights to get her things, which included furniture, they had packed all her clothes into the laundry room. They were letting someone else use the bed we provided and had moved some of her furniture down to the end of the hall to another room. Part of her things were gone. They offered us no help whatsoever in moving her things. This place is terrible! The facilities are bad and the staff is worse. The secretary downstairs was more in control than the director. She fell completely apart when I picked apart her story about what had happened to my mother. Please do not use this place!!!!!!!!!!
