  So many good reviews but sadly I do NOT have a good review. New patient scheduled appointment 3 weeks ago and was never ONCE notified of needing prior dental records. Showed up today on time and early to do paperwork and set and waited. Waited an entire hour only to be told that I would need to be rescheduled because they need my records. My first question to them is why am I having to be rescheduled because someone within the office failed to do their job. Had I been notified I would’ve had the dental records on hand! Absolutely unprofessional and unprofessionally handled!
