  Been coming here for many years. Very bad experience today and won't be coming back.
  
  Was running behind due to work issues so I called to see if was ok that I deliver my dog later than the 12:30 scheduled time. Was politely told "no problem". Based on that I took the time to leave work, retrieve my dog from home and deliver her at 1:30. Was told that I'd have to reschedule because they "didn't know I'd be an hour late". This was said by the manager in a very rude way and with no eye contact. Very unprofessional and dismissive.
  
  I would have accepted the news better if it were delivered with any degree of empathy or courteousity. Would also have saved me an hour and a half to have been told that over the phone.
  
  Stay away!!!
