  DO NOT rent from this company! DON'T!!! You will be SORRY!!! It is a poorly run business in every way possible. The owner, Ed Regensburg, is always belligerent, aggressive and unprofessional to his employees & customers. They will not give you all of your security deposit back. They took our security deposit and deducted costs for items that were not our fault, but rather issues due to the property being poorly maintained. In fact, one of the items they were deducting us for was an actual issue that I had called in several years ago-with which the maintenance person who came out said there would be no way Ed would fix it and was advised to just live with it. The office staff has extremely high turn over rate!
