  I called them to see if they were one of the locations that sold individual parts like capacitors and whatnot because the Radioshack that use to be near my house did not. This one I called was about an hour trip so I wanted to make sure they had the exact part before I made the trip. I first asked if they sold parts like that and the lady said yes, and then I asked if I gave her the capacitor number, could she see if she had it. I was then hung up on. I really needed this part so instead of calling back, I went in and saw the lady who hung up on me. I made it clear that I was hung up on and she acted as if it didn't happen. I then asked where these parts where and she said the next aisle over. I looked and looked but didn't find the exact one but found something similar. I then asked a guy who worked there if it would work for the purpose I needed it for and he had no clue. It ended up not working so I just gave it to a friend who messes around with electronics. Needless to say I found a reason to stick with online retailers like Ebay. Thanks RS for the headache!
