  I've had multiple bad experiences at this particular restaurant. I live somewhat close to this place so, thanks to the pricing, I come here frequently. That's the only thing keeping me from dropping this place off the map. I don't understand why it takes so long for them to answer to drive through when there's no one in the store sitting AND no one outside in line??? Are there invisible customers or do you guys just not work? Most of all, there's only 2 employees that I've ever met that have been polite. One girl at the window who always smiles and one very tall waiter in the store usually at night. (He tells funny stories) you guys need to work on customer service and drop the attitude. Everyone works. Be miserable on your own time.
