  My husband and I went into this store specifically for a certain event (maternity photoshoot) we went into the store on 3 separate occasions to finalize everything. The first time the owner Shahid seemed to be pleasant, pleasant enough where we decided to go back a 2nd time. On the 2nd visit we went to have my husband try on the pants and leave a deposit on the suit, Shahid was still seemingly pleasant until I discovered a hint of nastiness but I let it slide, I proceeded to ask him is there anyway he can throw the cuff links in since we were spending over 300 dollars, he snapped back quickly and said I’ve akready given you a deal I said oh really I didn’t know that what deals did you give, so he went on telling me what the prices originally were and what he supposedly taken off for us, in my head I’m thinking I never asked you to do any deals for us as soon as we walked in you proceeded to explain about an Easter special you were running, so I was confused because he turned the situation from a store wide sale he was running which was the way he presented it to I’ve already given y’all this deal like I’ve looked out especially for you. I didn’t pay it much mind I just said oh ok thanks I didn’t know you gave us certain discounts on certain items bc that was never explained to me, he then said well you can pay full price if you’d like. I just chuckled the sarcasm off and kept it moving. That was the first hint of rudeness because first off we are in here supporting your business we also could have taken our business elsewhere so I didn’t think that was the most appropriate, professional response to a patron. The third and final time I went into the store was 3/28/18 and I was by myself and I went to pick up the suit because it was supposedly done for alterations.. As I walked into the store I greeted him and he said oh you’re here to pick up the pants I’m like I’m here to pick up the suit, he then went to the back and got the suit and brought it to me, I looked st the suit and I said thanks by the way when were the alterations done he said Monday I’m like oh ok you said if it was done before hand you would have given us a call, he looked up and said oh yeah I forgot I’m like ok thanks and I proceed to walk to the door when I literally get to the door I spun around so quickly because he was talking in such a loud voice and he walked up on me very fast and very forceful as if he was going to hit me and to place fear in me saying didn’t you say you needed the suit by Easter I said excuse me he repeated himself even louder which is when I got the hint that he was be very rude and unprofessional I said I’ve never said anything about Easter I’m confused on what you’re talking about. He then walked away and then with lots of force walked back into my face again yelling and flailing his hands saying I got the suit ready by when you asked me to do get out of my store. I said you’re being very rude he says you’ve been rude since you came into this store I said that’s a lie not once was I rude to your ass and now for the 3rd time he walks away and forcefully walks into my space and face again it was as if he was walking up on a man and was about to fight so it definitely took me aback because it was so forceful and I’m 8 months pregnant so I’m doing my best to remain calm at that point he pissed me off and I did return a few choice words because it was beyond me the many times we had been in this store (my husband and I ) he waits til I’m by myself to be rude and disrespectful and act as if he wanted some problems with me. So I’m unsure where the outburst came from but not only was it unexpected but it was scary because here I am 8 months pregnant by myself thinking everything is fine and Shahid decides to flip the script and act belligerent rude and unprofessional bc at the end of the day this is a business that your are supposed to be running, the suits were nice and he seemed to be very pleasant until he wasn’t. The rage that came out as he was yelling at me was very scary bc in that moment I didn’t know what would happen
